That is a very old, silent movie. It may not even have been filmed at 24 frames per second.

Can you honestly say that "Kansas City Confidential" is "chopped up"?

I admit that not all movies on this sight are "blocky" but I have noticed that most of the ones, such as what I mentioned, are - and that has NOTHING whatsoever to do with the frame rate (the fact that this is a free site is a rather poor excuse for shoddy workmanship).

Well, maybe you should ask for your money back from this FREE site with uploads done by amateurs out of the goodness of their hearts.
